It all started back in 1987 at Katajanokka, Helsinki, where the original slow-roasting method was first introduced. The idea was to really take the time to roast the coffee in such a careful and delicate manner that even the most refined nuances come across in the taste.

Today, our Robert Paulig Roastery is based in the town of Tolkkinen in the Porvoo area. We still roast our coffee using the same method we used the day it all began - meticulous handcraft from raw beans to that fine cup of coffee. The taste is always full-bodied and delightful. We guarantee that.
